கல்வித் தகுதி :
1. Financial Management- Specialist - CA/ CS/ CMA (CWA) or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute with at least 55% marks
2. Accountant - PG degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ CWA-Inter/CA Inter with at least 50% marks
3. Project Associate - Graduate in Computer Science or IT At least 2 years work experience in the relevant field Formal training in IT/mobile applications
4. Secretarial Assistant /Date Entry - Any Graduate & Typing skills - Higher Grade level, both in Tamil and English
5. District co-ordinators - Graduate or Certification / Diploma in Computer Science or IT - At least 2 years experience in application maintenance & support
6. District Project Assistants - Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Social Sciences/ Nutrition
7. Block Co-ordinators - Graduate
8. Block Project Assistants - Graduate
