Educational Qualification:

1.அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட நிறுவனம்/பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இருந்து 60% மதிப்பெண்களுடன் கணினி அறிவியல் / IT இல் BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) பட்டம் மற்றும் (b) SAP சான்றிதழ்கள் HCM/ ISU/ PS/ MM/ FI/ ABAP/BOBI இல் இருக்க வேண்டும். இந்த ஆட்சேர்ப்பு அறிவிப்பின் தேதியிலிருந்து சான்றிதழ் குறைந்தது ஒரு வருடம் அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்டதாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

2. Degree in any Discipline and (b) Two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two year’s duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relation / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized Institute/University.

3.CA/ CMA (or) Graduate in Commerce with two years Masters in Business Administration or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University

விண்ணப்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கையைப் பொறுத்து, பட்டப்படிப்பு / முதுகலை / டிப்ளமோ / தொடர்புடைய வருட அனுபவத்தின் எண்ணிக்கையின் அடிப்படையில் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட பதவிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் விண்ணப்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை வரம்புக்குட்படுத்தும் உரிமையை SECI கொண்டுள்ளது. பகுதி/ தொடர்புடைய கூடுதல் தகுதி போன்றவை. ஏதேனும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட பதவிக்கு அதிக எண்ணிக்கையிலான விண்ணப்பங்கள் பெறப்பட்டால், ஸ்கிரீனிங் தேர்வு/ எழுத்துத் தேர்வு/ வர்த்தகத் தேர்வு/ திறன் சோதனை போன்றவற்றை நடத்துவதற்கு நிர்வாகத்திற்கு உரிமை உள்ளது.

விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் ரூ. 1000/- Sl No 1 முதல் 9 வரை மற்றும் ரூ. Sl எண் 10 முதல் 14 வரை உள்ள பதவிக்கு 600/- ஆன்லைன் முறையில் செலுத்த வேண்டும். SC/ST மற்றும் PwBD விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒருமுறை செலுத்திய கட்டணம் எந்த சூழ்நிலையிலும் திருப்பி அளிக்கப்படாது. எந்தவொரு காரணத்திற்காகவும் விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டாலும் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் திரும்பப் பெறப்படாது. எனவே விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்தும் முன் விண்ணப்பித்த பதவிக்கு எதிராக தங்களின் தகுதியைச் சரிபார்க்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.
